Customer: I have a 319D John Deere Skid Steer. Engine is in derate mode dropping down slowly to 68%. I have changed out the fuel filter, the in line filter, and I have recently replaced the alternator as well. The only active codes showing are the 1569.31 code and the ECU 237.13 Code (vin matching issue).

It immediately started to derate and after a few minutes of operation the low voltage light illuminated and beeped.
I can start the engine and operates normal for a few minutes then it gradually decreases in power, from 100% to 90% to 80% and so on. Have changed fuel and air filters a couple fuel lines. Cleaned and flushed fuel tank and changed pickups. It has went into derate mode due to codes DCU 3515.04 and 523636.00. the way I understand it, it's DEF system sensor value circuit fault. Has anyone had any experience with this problem? Dealer says it's not getting proper signal from the DEF tank header assembly.
