I was thinking that, i took it off just unplugged it and removed it off the altenator and there seems to be no problems with anything battery is charging according to the bat gauge and lights all work.

fast forward to about five years later; replaced the alternator. Never had any more battery draw down issues. So.your alternator might be the culprit in the battery draw down There is a new alternator and battery. I also replaced the relay sensor inside the headlight light housing, still not working. Any thoughts would be more than helpfull. I have had the same problem, but it was caused by a loose wire on the alternator. Was an easy fix when I found it.
