I am looking at a little rounder L600 skidsteer. It is a small 600# capacity machine that weighs around 1750#. It has aux. Hydros, No cab, and a 16hp Briggs and Stratton. It runs well and he doesn't know how many hours are on it. Price is right and I need something to compliment my big machine. A user asks for help with a L1000 skidsteer rebuild and service manual. The forum thread does not provide any specifications or details about the model, only some general advice and similar threads. hello all, just recently got a prime mover LS75. tilt and lift work as they should, however, drive/steer make a horrible squeal/whine when turning. also, i cant find any manuals for this thing online. any help is much appreciated. Have any of you Rounder owners had this problem? When you turn the key the fuel pumps starts but the engine won't. It will start and run if you jump from the battery to the starter. The switch was recently replaced. Mine can't be the only one this has happened to. Thanks for any advice you may have!

I purchased this little Rounder L600 about 6 months ago. I own an Bobcat 873 and with a grapple bucket I can move plenty of material. The problem I had was the jobs where the client had a small or difficult to access area. Also I could not run an 873 down a sidewalk for snow removal. So shortly after I purchased the rounder it went to work. I can buy for 00. not running but engine is not stuck. Sat long time. carb is bad. worth fixing or is it somewhat reliable considering everything in good order?
Hand written notes on a copy of a Rounder 600 book I have indicates that parts were available from Prime-Mover. All of these manufacturers were located in or around North Dakota, which indicates that they were splinter groups from the Melroe company, much like the early auto industry splintered off into what we today call the Big Three.

Your 1.7T mini would be more tippy at minimum track width, I will bet. A ZTR mini should be less tippy, I would think. The 36" width really helps me make a narrow trail without risking driving on the fill side of the slope.
