The right joystick becomes active and can be operated but unit will not move. On some of the Caterpillar drive motors I worked on, the parking brake was spring applied, hydraulically released. On the center of the brake cover, there would be a plug, through which a puller bolt could be installed to compress the spring, & release the brake.
Long story short, it was the parking brake switch. I performed surgery on it and cleaned up the contacts and it has been working ever since. Not suggesting this is also the cause of your issue, but just know these switches tend to corrode over time.
