With 3800 hours on this machine, if it even might help with its starting, I want to replace them. But I am going to need help with the procedure, their location, part number, etc.

If you're having to cycle your glow plugs twice at 30 and it's grouchy when it fires, i'd check the amp draw of the glow plug wire that feeds the plugs under the valve cover. Another big factor is hydraulic parasitic load. A user reports a problem with a 2006 JD ct322 skidsteer that starts but stalls after 5 seconds.
