See if the wheels on that side free spin when off the ground. It could be the drive motor, gearbox. If they both rotate when you spin one tyre, the chains are still ok. To confirm, yes I have moved the bucket into the "dump" position so this is not a matter of travel. If it won't lift the front end, then probably you have a lift cylinder seal that is leaking internally. You could verify this by putting the bucket flat on the ground and then move the joystick to dump.
