Messed with it a little this morning barely getting foamy fuel at injector, but good . The fuel system's filters, fuel tank, glow plugs, and the engine's throttle cable . If I pump the filter housing I get nothing, if I crank the motor I get the little bit of fuel with bubbles.
Have you checked the tightness of the alt belt, before taking the alt in to a shop, see if you can slip the fan, by hand, if so, belt is too loose, or glazed. As for the bogging down prob, I don't have a clue, if you have already checked the filters. My advice would be to get a shop manual for the motor. What motor does it have???

I have a 2016 John Deere 317g skid steer that is not shutting off when I turn the key off. A friend was running it and ended up disconnecting the fuel line from the fuel filter to get it to shut off. I know he should have choked it out by covering the air filter to get it to turn off, but this is where we are now. Are you running winter fuel? if not, it could have geled up so it's not making it to the pump. Even ice in the fuel filter could be the cause. A neighbor suggested looking at a JCB skid steer with a side door. I've never seen one but it looks like it would help in a one man operation that can not justify having a payloader around.
