Stump buckets are crazy awesome on the right skid steer. I've removed hundred and hundreds of trees (mostly easy cedars) with one. On a tractor it's much harder to see where you're working although, for the money, it's obviously a much cheaper route than a backhoe. I have a Titan Extreme HD Stump Bucket, I occasionally used it on my MX5800 up until I purchased a Kubota track loader SVL75. At about 500lbs this unit is meant for large tractors or skid steers / track loaders.
The closest Stump/grapple to fitting my tractor I was able to find is this (Titan Mini Skid steer Stump Bucket) one. It's made for a mini skid steer, the type that you stand up on to operate. The specs of these mini skid steers, Toro/Dingo's, seems relatively close to the B2650, though it is not apples to apples. A stump bucket is made for a skid steer not a tractor. A tractor lacks the loader strength to do much with one and you’re likely to bend the loader. But a skid steer with a stump bucket is actually quite capable. Great job on the design and fabrication of this bucket, just shows that you can make very useful attachments out of materials that may have seen better days or made for different purposes entirely.
