Later we talked to a local equipment jockey who sells a lot of skid loaders and he said the cabs on those loaders are poorly grounded and you can help these types of things by running a ground wire from the frame to the cab. I forget the details on where exactly to connect it, but I think up around the instrument cluster somewhere. In the last severeral years we have replaced the over priced insrument cluster 3 or 4 times. 1st 2 times they said the new ones were updated. The third time was this past spring. we were running it one day and it locked up. Parking brake locked, booms locked, couldn't do anything. I have an early 260 skid steer, bought used with 4000 hrs.
