I used all these methods and more to break the beads on tires..till I got a manual tire changer,but even that wont break beads well on tires with 6" or smaller rims..I have shoved them in my bench vise and smooshed them till the beads pop loose,driven a wide dull chisel under the rim bead with a hammer till it breaks free (usually trashes the tire though,I'd resort to . You can pick up used forklifts, and most any of them would lift that amount with no problem, much cheaper than a large tractor or a skid steer. Of course, a skid steer can be used for so much more than lifting- either way, I personally don't think that looking for a compact tractor to do what you want is the best option, or the cheaper one.
