Going to be cleaning out the soilds in a slurry store with a skid steer. There is about 1 ring of solids by 80 foot diameter slurry store. Does anybody have experience in doing this and how long will it take? I can scrape the runs with my Bobcat, but can't even come close to getting inside a stall to do a good cleaning - remove all manure and old bedding and scrape to bare dirt. Does anyone have any suggestions for a small machine that I can use inside the 12'x12' box stalls and maybe haul a manure cart? What kind of skid steer bucket is everyone using to clean bedded pack barns out with? Is just a standard low profile bucket the best or are there better options? This would be for a LS170 New Holland.
