My joystick controls will not work (no boom or turret function). I've checked the safety lock out on the left console and there is pressure going through it. How can I test the accumulator and can it be rebuilt?

I have a ‘98 Bobcat 331 MiniX. I lost hydraulic control with the joysticks. Still have blade, driving & can pivot the boom with foot controllers. Blew ignition fuses just prior to losing hydraulics. Replaced fuse and limped out of excavation site. Tried using left joystick to swing & smoke billowed up from under seat.
