I came across what seems to be a pretty good deal on a Scat Trak Skid Steer and I'm not to familiar with their reputation. The machine is a 1996 1300C. I do know that they were bought out by volvo in 2001 I believe.

Scat Trak is not as quick or smooth for finish work but the amount of hp it applies to the material is night & day. They both have their places but for heavy "bull work", ease of maintainance, inital cost, and reliability, I'll take the Poo Trak any day.

I know one of the techs that worked on them for years and he is still lookign for another one to own as they are good litte machines for the price.

It has a Kubota Diesel, and over built .. I have had this machine on my farm now for like 12 years. I replaces Control Cables, and one wheel Bearing since I had it. It just keep going. Still has same used battery in it .
